Eligibility for Refund

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of receiving the products
  • Products must be unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging
  • Products must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Process for Refund

  • Contact our customer support team at [email protected] to initiate the refund process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the steps to return the product(s)
  • Customers have the option to return the product on-site at Fyllo Café & Bakery located at No. 97 Jalan SS14/1 Subang Jaya or by sending the product to the same address.
  • The shipping cost for returning the product is borne by the customer.
  • Upon receipt of the returned product(s), we will process your refund in the form of store credit to your Fyllo e-commerce store account.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the store credit to be added to your account.

Damages and issues 

Please examine your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so that we may investigate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, customised or special order products or gift cards.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gift Cards

Purchase and/or use of Fyllo gift cards constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions applicable to the Card. Card may only be used for purchases on www.fyllocare.com. Purchase amounts will be deducted from the Card balance until it is RM 0.00. Card may not be returned, applied to previously purchased merchandise, or used to purchase another gift card or e-gift card. Card may not be exchanged for cash unless required by law. Protect this Card like cash because we are not responsible for use of your Card without your permission. If damaged, lost or stolen, Card can only be replaced with the original proof of purchase for the remaining balance in our records at the time the Card is reported. Resale of the Card is strictly prohibited and the Card funds are not transferable. Card has no expiration date. We will not honor a Card obtained by fraud.
